职责描述： 1) 完成部门分配的柴油产品的总销售目标Complete the overall sales target of diesel products allocated by the Department 2) 完成分配的柴油行业大客户的增量增长Incremental growth of major customers in the diesel industry who have completed the allocation 3)管理和控制柴油团队所有在执行项目的费用Manage and control the cost of all projects being implemented by the diesel team 4)保证团队的应收账款的定时追踪并且按时收回Ensure that the accounts receivable of the team are tracked regularly and collected on time 5)发展下属能力和确保下属销售上的成功 Develop subordinates' abilities and ensure their sales success 6)督促下属完成分配的大客户的预期市场覆盖，比如至少每月拜访一次Urge subordinates to complete the expected market coverage of assigned key customers, such as visiting at least once a month 7)督促下属追踪和跟进关于项目的商机的进展Urge subordinates to track and follow up the progress of business opportunities related to the project 8)主动动力部其他行业销售团队的其他成员分享市场/项目信息 Other members of the sales team of other industries in the active power department share market / project information 9)协助BU领导完成对销售团队初级成员的培训和考核Assist Bu leaders to complete the training and assessment of junior members of the sales team 任职要求： 1) 学历要求Education:本科及以上Bachelor degree or above 2) 专业要求 Major in:机械、电机等相关专业 Machinery, Motor 3) 职称要求Professional title：不限 Non 4) 工作经历要求 Experience：10年以上相关工作经验 Above 10 years’ experience in relate area,Above 5 years team management experience 5) 年龄要求 Age： 38岁About 38 6) 专业知识 Professional knowledge： ① 销售管理知识Sales management ② 有效沟通Effective communication ③ 时间管理time management 薪资构成：固定底薪*12 团队奖金（根据年度团队达成确定）
